Where in Morocco?
What began as one location (the "Purple Library" in Erfoud) has blossomed into dozens.
Most are class libraries, others larger for a whole school — whatever was needed. We focus on rural areas, primarily Amazigh communities in arid regions of the south. Click pins in the map below to learn some of the locations. Red pins are sites where we worked with Peace Corps volunteers; the purple square is the 1st public English library in rural Morocco.
